Shopping: Is the site secure?
We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to provide trusted security and protection for shoppers that use our website. We do not share personal information with third-parties. We also do not store credit card information at anytime. We proudly use Stripe.com (in conjunction with SquareSpace.com) a highly respectable online credit card merchant.
Shopping: Do you accept International orders?
Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world. See which shipment options we offer for international orders here. Please note that you may be charged additional custom fees or import taxes depending on where the package is being shipped. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees. You can visit the Duty Calculator to get an estimate of wha you will be charged when the package arrives.
Shopping: Can I place a phone or mail order?
No. All orders must be made through the website.
Shopping: Can I get my order gift-wrapped?
No, unfortunately we do not currently offer gift-wrapping.
Orders: How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order. If you have a user account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can track your order status by logging in and accessing the "Account" link from the site header. All orders placed under your username will be visible under the "My Orders" tab. Please allow 5 - 10 days for delivery. If you have not received your order confirmation email or have other questions on your order status, please contact us by either filling out the Contact form at the bottom of the page or emailing us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not already shipped. The only way you can cancel an order is by contacting Customer Support using the form at below. If your order has already shipped, you will be able to receive a refund for your purchase using the return materials enclosed with your order, though you will be responsible for shipping charges. You can reach us by either filling out the Contact form at the bottom of the page or emailing us directly at email@example.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Orders: Can I add items or make changes to my order after it has been placed?
No. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, you will have to place a new order for any additional items.
Products: How do I find my size?
We currently print on Bella + Canvas 3001C tees. They are 100% ring-spun cotton which means it is a tighter weave resulting in a very strong, softer and more durable than an ordinary cotton tee.

* ‘Chest to fit’ relates to the size of the t-shirt wearer’s chest.
Products: What are the washing Instructions?
We recommend machine washing with cold water. Dark colors should be washed with like-colors. Do not bleach. We recommend hang drying the shirts to best preserve the quality of the printing and to help minimize shrinkage but tumble dry low if you use a machine. All t-shirts are Bella & Canvas t-shirts which are primarily made of 100% cotton so slight shrinkage is normal. To iron, flip inside out and avoid ironing over any areas with print. Do not dry clean any t-shirts with printing.

New Yawk & Co. proudly prints on Bella & Canvas tees located in the Los Angeles, California USA. Bella & Canvas does a wonderful job sharing where their shirts are sourced, prepared and manufactured here on the Bella & Canvas blog.
Products: What payment options do I have?
We accept major Credit and Debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), ApplePay, Venmo and Paypal for payments. We may not accept all International Credit Cards at this time. Charges on your billing statement will appear as “New Yawk & Co, Inc.”
Products: Do you accept Paypal as a form of payment?
Absolutely. To use Paypal, just select PayPal as your payment method on the billing page. That will send you over to PayPal's site to set up your payment and then kick you back to NewYawk.co to complete your order. Please know that if you don't complete your order on NewYawk.co after visiting the PayPal page, your order won’t be submitted.
Shipping: What shipping options do I have?
We currently offer the options from USPS, UPS and FedEx. You can review a fully detailed overview of our Shipping policies here.
Returns: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges, for any reason, on all items that are returned in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery of the order. You can review a more detailed overview of our Returns and Exchange policies here.
Account Info: Can I be removed from the mailing list?
Yes. If you would like to cancel your user account, please contact us by either filling out the Contact form at the bottom of the page or email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Account Info: What should I do if I don’t receive an account activation email?
You should receive an Account Activation email within minutes of registering at the email address that you sign up with. If you don’t see one within 30 minutes, please contact us by either filling out the Contact form at the bottom of the page or email us directly at email@example.com.
Account Info: How old do I have to be to register with New Yawk & Co.?
You must be 13 years or older in order to register with NewYawk.co.
