Can I track my shipment?

Yes, each of the Shipping options offered has the ability to track their shipment. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a tracking number that is provide by the Shipper that can be used on their website to track the shipping progress of your order once it has been mailed.

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns, for any reason, on all items that are returned within 30 days of placing the order for this item. Items can not be returned after the 30 days. Only items that are unwashed and have not been worn will be accepted. Items must be in original condition when returned. Any items that have been noticeably worn, stained or washed will not be accepted and will be returned without a refund.

How do I return or exchange an order?

  1. Please include either a copy of your packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note whether you would like an exchange or refund. If you would like to make an exchange, please note that the new item must be of lesser or equal price to the original item and we can not guarantee all items will be in stock for exchanges. If the new item is of lesser value than the original, we will issue a refund of that difference.

  3. Once we receive your return, your new item(s) will be issue your refund or ship your exchange at no additional cost.

Return a wrong or defective item

We apologize if we ship a wrong or defective item. All returns, including wrong and defective orders are subject to our Return Policy (see above paragraph). No items can be washed or worn and must be in original condition in order to be accepted as returns. To return or exchange a wrong or defective item, please follow the instructions in the above paragraphs.
